Products from Rain & Son are delivered via DHL, UPS or similar Freight company. All products are shipped normal working days, Monday to Friday. We aim to send your products within 3-7 working days. Please observe that a shipping fee may be added to your order and the amount is dependent on where you live. You will see the total amount in the check-out. We ship internationally, you find the full list to which countries here. Custom fees are not included outside of EU. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Returns and Refunds
You can return a product within 14 days at your own expense. The product being returned must be in a non-used condition, including original packaging, tags etc. All goods will be inspected on return. If your umbrella is delivered damaged or faulty then please contact us immediately.
Packages that are not picked up at a delivery point will be returned to us. In this case the delivery and return cost will be charged to the customer.
When returning a product, please state the reason of return, your order number and contact details. Please make sure you obtain proof of postage when returning goods and using a trackable shipping service. Please also note it is your responsibility that you use a service that deliver the products directly to our warehouse and not a delivery point. Rain & Son cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and shall not be held responsible for returned goods being lost in transit, without proof of postage.
As soon as we have received the returned item and it has been checked and confirmed to be unused and in re-sellable condition we will process the amount. It will then take 1-5 days to appear back into your account depending on the card company you are using. Rain & Son is unable to cover the return shipping.

All full priced umbrellas come with a 1 year warranty. If the umbrella is proven to be faulty within that time due to defects in workmanship or materials, we will replace it. Clearance items are not covered with a warranty.
Please note accidental damage and misuse of an umbrella is not covered by our warranty. Snapped sticks, broken handles and rib damage from use in strong winds, do not constitute a faulty umbrella or frame. Please read the Care Instructions section for more information on how to care for your umbrella.
We are unable to offer warranty service if proof of purchase is not provided. If the umbrella was not bought from ourselves, it would need to be returned to the place of purchase.
