Leverans
Produkter från Rain & Son levereras via DHL, UPS, PostNord eller liknande fraktföretag. Alla produkter levereras under arbetsdagar, måndag till fredag. Vi strävar efter att skicka dina produkter inom 3-7 arbetsdagar. Observera att fraktavgift kan tillkomma till din beställning och beloppet beror på var du bor. Du ser det totala beloppet i kassan. Inom Sverige är det alltid fri frakt. Vi skickar internationellt. Till vilka länder hittar du här. Tullavgifter ingår inte utanför EU. Kontakta ditt lokala tullkontor för mer information.
Returer och Återbetalningar
You can return a product within 14 days at your own expense. The product being returned must be in a non-used condition, including original packaging, tags etc. All goods will be inspected on return. If your umbrella is delivered damaged or faulty then please contact us immediately.
Before returning any product, you must contact us by email to request a return label and instructions. We do not collect parcels from delivery or pick-up points, and returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
Paket som inte hämtas ut vid upphämtningsstället kommer att returneras till oss. Kunden tar i dessa fall kostnaden för både leverans och retur.
When returning a product, please state the reason for return, your order number and contact details. Please make sure you obtain proof of postage when returning goods and use a trackable shipping service. It is your responsibility to use a service that delivers the products directly to our warehouse (not to a delivery point). Rain & Son cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and shall not be held responsible for returned goods being lost in transit without proof of postage.
Please note that any customs duties, import fees or additional charges incurred due to an incorrect return will not be covered by Rain & Son and will be charged to the customer.
As soon as we have received the returned item and it has been checked and confirmed to be unused and in re-sellable condition, we will process the refund. It will then take 1–5 days to appear in your account depending on the card provider you are using. Rain & Son is unable to cover the return shipping.

Garanti
Det ingåt ett års garanti för alla paraplyer som köpt till fullt pris. Om paraplyet är defekt på grund av fabriksfel kommer vi att erbjuda ett nytt inom ett år.
Vänligen notera att skador orsakade av oaktsamhet med paraplyet inte täcks av vår garanti. Avbrytna skaft, skadade ekrar eller handtag på grund av användade i starka vindar, ingår inte i garantin. Var vänlig läs noga våra skötselråd för mer information om hur du ska ta hand om ditt paraply.
Garantin gäller inte om du inte kan uppvisa kvitto eller annat bevis på köp. Om paraplyet köptes via en av våra återförsäljare måste det retuneras via dem.
