Rain & Son is registered trademark, owned by the Swedish company Rain and Son AB (Company Number 559262-2533), c/o Lundell, Häggsjön 12, 64197 Katrineholm, Sweden. These Terms & Conditions are applicable for you as a customer when purchasing a product on this website. Swedish Law: Konsumentköplagen (SFS 1990:932), Distans- och hemförsäljningslagen (SFS 2005:59) and Personuppgiftslagen (SFS 1998:204) are applicable when buying a product from rainandson.com.

Terms of Sale
By placing an order on our website you are subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. In order to contract with Rain and Son AB you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Rain and Son retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
Delivery
Products from Rain & Son are delivered via DHL, UPS or similar Freight company. Shipping fee may be added to your order and the amount is dependent on where you live. We aim to send your products within 3-7 working days. All products are shipped on normal working days, Monday to Friday. Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Overseas deliveries may receive an additional customs charges and/or take longer than the estimated delivery time. This is unfortunately out of our control.
Any items lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the freight company. Rain and Son will assist in all investigations should this situation arise. However, all claims will be at the discretion of the freight company.
In the event that an item or items are returned to us due to failure to accept or collect the item, the cost of return and re-delivery will be passed on to the customer. The same applies to rejected delivery. If an item is returned to us from an order which qualified for free delivery, the total value will be adjusted and the returned item will be refunded minus the cost of the shipping for the revised total.
Returns
If you as a customer would like to return a product the following rules apply. You can return a product within 14 days at your own expense. The product being returned must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. All goods will be inspected on return. Please note: Wood is a natural material. Natural Markings in the wood do not constitute a faulty or damaged product. Colour may vary from photographs seen on our website.
Products purchased on sale (discounted price) are not eligible for return or exchange. You are responsible for the shipping, including the cost o shipping, of returned items back to Rain and Son. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. All exchanges are subject to availability. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card or payment method. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs, as mentioned above. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.
Faulty items will after review be exchanged to the same type of product, subject to availability, or refunded. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery.

Customers should obtain proof of postage when returning goods and using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Rain and Son shall not be held responsible for returned goods being lost in transit without proof of postage. When returning a product, please state the reason of return, your order number and contact details.
Payment
All items displayed on rainandson.com are inclusive of VAT within EU. All prices outside of EU are exclusive of VAT and custom fees. All transactions are made in Swedish Krona (SEK), Norwegian Krone (NOK), Euro (EUR), Pound Sterling (£) or Danish Krona (DKK). Shipping fee may be added to your order and the amount is dependent on where you live. Payment can be made with Credit Card. Prices can be subject to alteration without prior notice.

Although Rain and Son AB strives keep all the content, including pricing up to date, errors may occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount in the Rain and Son webshop, Rain and Son AB will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. Rain and Son AB, however, reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by email. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically cancelled.
Rain and Son AB does not guarantee that all items included in the Rain and Son webshop are in stock at the time of your order.
In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website. Rain and Son AB cannot guarantee problem-free, uninterrupted, and secure access to the site.
Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, Rain and Son AB takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
