We ship internationally, you find the full list to which countries here. Custom fees are not included outside of EU. The product being returned must be in a non-used condition, including original packaging, tags etc. All goods will be inspected on return. If your umbrella is delivered damaged or faulty then please contact us immediately.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"359\" data-end=\"584\"><strong data-start=\"359\" data-end=\"584\">Before returning any product, you must contact us by email to request a return label and instructions. We do not collect parcels from delivery or pick-up points, and returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"586\" data-end=\"736\">Packages that are not picked up at a delivery point will be returned to us. In this case the delivery and return cost will be charged to the customer.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"738\" data-end=\"1234\">When returning a product, please state the reason for return, your order number and contact details. Please make sure you obtain proof of postage when returning goods and use a trackable shipping service. It is your responsibility to use a service that delivers the products directly to our warehouse (not to a delivery point). Rain &amp; Son cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and shall not be held responsible for returned goods being lost in transit without proof of postage.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1236\" data-end=\"1417\"><strong data-start=\"1236\" data-end=\"1417\">Please note that any customs duties, import fees or additional charges incurred due to an incorrect return will not be covered by Rain &amp; Son and will be charged to the customer.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1419\" data-end=\"1723\">As soon as we have received the returned item and it has been checked and confirmed to be unused and in re-sellable condition, we will process the refund. It will then take 1\u20135 days to appear in your account depending on the card provider you are using. If the umbrella is proven to be faulty within that time due to defects in workmanship or materials, we will replace it. Clearance items are not covered with a warranty.<\/p>\n<p>Please note accidental damage and misuse of an umbrella is not covered by our warranty. Snapped sticks, broken handles and rib damage from use in strong winds, do not constitute a faulty umbrella or frame. Please read the <a href=\"https:\/\/rainandson.kinsta.cloud\/care-instructions\/\">Care Instructions<\/a> section for more information on how to care for your umbrella.<\/p>\n<p>We are unable to offer warranty service if proof of purchase is not provided.
